Travel has the power to expand our horizons, connect us with new people and places, and create some of life's most memorable experiences. Yet for many of us, travel also comes with a cost: disrupted digestion, poor sleep, fatigue, dehydration, jet lag, weakened immunity, and the challenge of finding food that truly nourishes.

If you're someone who cares about what you eat, you've probably faced the dilemma of navigating airports, gas stations, hotel breakfasts, convenience stores, and long travel days without compromising your health. Too often, we return from a journey feeling like we need a vacation from the vacation.

According to Ayurveda, travel is one of the most powerful aggravators of Vata dosha—the energy of movement. With the right preparation, self-care practices, and nourishing foods, however, travel can become far more comfortable, enjoyable, and restorative.

In this practical and inspiring two-part workshop, Ayurvedic chef and educator Divya Alter will share her favorite strategies for maintaining balance before, during, and after travel, along with delicious recipes for portable foods that support digestion, energy, immunity, and peace of mind on the road.

Whether you're planning a weekend getaway, an international adventure, a business trip, a retreat, or a spiritual pilgrimage, you'll gain tools that can help you arrive feeling grounded, present, and ready to fully enjoy the journey.
