Heal Your Gut with Ayurveda

Fix the Root Causes of Digestive Issues and Learn How to Cook for Better Gut Health

A 2-Part Online Workshop Series: April 18-19, 2026, 10 am - 1 pm EDT

Your digestion is at the center of your health. When it’s balanced, you feel light, energized, and clear. When it’s not, symptoms like bloating, heaviness, brain fog, and weight gain begin to appear.

Even if you don’t experience all of these symptoms, digestive challenges are becoming increasingly common, affecting millions of people today—including many younger adults.

In a holistic view, gut symptoms are not random—they are signals.

Instead of chasing symptoms, Ayurveda helps you understand why digestion becomes imbalanced and how to restore it at the root. At the heart of this is Agni—your digestive fire.

When Agni is strong, food is transformed into energy, vitality, and natural radiance.
When it is weak, digestion becomes incomplete, leading to fatigue, discomfort, and toxic buildup.

In this 2-part workshop, you will:

  • Learn to read the signals your gut is sending and identify the root causes of imbalance

  • Apply this knowledge through simple, nourishing cooking practices that support a healthy gut

This is an invitation to reconnect with your body’s intelligence and learn how to support it through both awareness and daily nourishment.

This is a live online class, and the replay will be sent to all registrants.

Every day, every meal is an opportunity to heal your gut. This workshop will teach you how.

In this foundational session, you’ll learn about digestion through the lens of Ayurveda and identify the root causes of common gut issues such as bloating, acid reflux, IBS, food intolerances, leaky gut, and fatigue.

Dr. Niveditha will draw from her extensive clinical experience to help you understand how everyday factors like diet, lifestyle, and stress can influence digestion over time.

At the heart of this session is Agni—your digestive intelligence.

You’ll explore:

You’ll also be introduced to simple practices for gut healing, including:
