Daily Outline

We begin with a light breakfast, breathwork, and meditation, followed by a group class led by one of our teachers. After a nourishing Divya’s Kitchen lunch and time to rest, we transition into small-group sessions for personalized assessments and tailored guidance. Dinner—prepared by the Diet & Cooking group—brings us together again in the evening, creating a beautiful rhythm of learning, connection, and nourishment.

Through a personal pulse reading, Divya will help you understand your digestive strength and what seasonal foods to favor and avoid based on your current health. Practice hands-on cooking, kitchen organization, and menu planning for optimal digestive balance.

From waking up in the morning to a restful nighttime routine, discover what personal practices work best for you and your schedule and how to implement them effectively.

3. Movement and Pain Management
