Daily Outline
Each morning, we’ll gather for a light breakfast, a breath and meditation practice, and a full group class led by one of the four teachers. Then, we’ll enjoy a nourishing lunch catered by Divya's Kitchen followed by time to rest. In the afternoon, we’ll break into four small groups each led by an expert teacher, offering one-on-one evaluation and personalized guidance. The final meal of the day will be lovingly prepared by Divya’s Diet & Cooking group.
