What are the motivations, insecurities, and emotions that silently affect your every action and relationship?

To work effectively in the different contexts of life, you must clearly see your blind spots because what you don’t see will continue to affect your decisions and the people around you; you’ll act on your insecurities, which only increases your stress and pain. When you uncover those blind spots and come to a deep place of self-understanding, you are able to ride through uncertainty, make hard decisions, and have difficult conversations within an atmosphere of mindfulness and intention rather than impulsivity and insecurity.

This workshop will serve as an introduction to helping you decode the primary motivations and unconscious biases that affect your every action and relationship. Through this experience you’ll begin to

  • leverage your strengths and manage the pitfalls of your specific personality type;

  • navigate natural tensions with the people in your life;

  • inspire others to show more of their authentic selves;

  • develop greater understanding and empathy;

  • create a common language by which people can talk about motivations and insecurities; and

  • lead your life with intention.

The workshop revolves around the nine distinct personality types of the Enneagram—a powerful system for better understanding ourselves and others, and a robust tool for personal development and transformation. Together we will examine each of the nine personality types by learning the basic motivations, fears, and desires of each type; discussing how to maximize each type’s potential and minimize its predictable pitfalls; helping you determine your type; and providing practical exercises to work through your blind spots.
