In-Person with Chef Divya Alter
Spring Cooking Immersion
We’d like to invite you to our next in-person Ayurvedic Cooking Immersion with Chef Divya Alter in New York City this April. This immersive experience is designed to help you deepen your relationship with food, practice healthy cooking and eating habits, and become more confident in the kitchen.
After receiving several requests about this, we've decided to bring back a component from our Summer Immersion: customizing the experience to meet your specific needs and interests. To make it truly personal, you'll have a 1:1 call with our team to share what you'd like to gain from this special weekend with Divya, including menu requests.
Traditionally, Spring is a time for renewal, cleansing, and fresh beginnings. With this seasonal shift in mind, you'll gain hands-on experience in Ayurvedic culinary practices and bond with fellow food enthusiasts who value nourishment, balance, and holistic wellbeing. Expect to leave feeling inspired, and ready to integrate these transformative teachings into your daily life.
Learn how to prepare delicious vegetarian recipes* that support your well-being during the seasonal transition to spring. You’ll explore how to incorporate dry and moist cooking techniques for holistic, tridoshic support, choose seasonings to enhance daily digestion, and effortlessly adapt recipes to suit your needs and pantry staples.
*we're happy to accommodate vegan and gluten-free requests.
An Early Bird discount of $500 is available for the first seven registrations or until Friday, March 14th. If you're ready to embark on this journey, sign up today to secure your spot and save. Seats are limited to ensure a personalized and intimate experience—don’t miss out!
