These one-session classes introduce you to the art culinary seasonality by making delicious, easy-to-make vegetarian meals based on the principles of SV Ayurveda. Each class combines group discussion, hands-on cooking, and a well-earned delicious meal suitable for everyone in the given season. In each class, expect to gain a basic understanding of

  • how certain ingredients support you during the current season;

  • principles that determine whether a particular food is healthy or not for you;

  • how to use and make spice mixtures;

  • how to make entrées, soups, grain dishes, desserts, and teas;

  • the secrets to ensuring your food is easy to digest and assimilate;

  • the application of Ayurvedic principles to any type of cuisine; and

  • reliable resources that support you in accessing optimal food choices at the grocery store, farmers market, and restaurants.

Fees:

One Person: $125

Two People: $225
