A holistic workshop on how to build momentum with your personal practice of writing.
You don't need to burn the midnight oil or drink cup after cup of coffee to be a writer! In this workshop we'll learn about holistic ways to enhance ability, inspiration and momentum to move ahead with our personal writing practice and projects. Join Ellen Scordato, co-founder of Stonesong Press, author and meditation teacher. Participants will identify what grounds, balances them and inspires them. The group will explore specific meditation and writing exercise and there will be plenty of time for writing, as well as sharing a delicious Ayurvedic meal at the end.
Held: Saturday, January 28th | 10am – 1pm.
Fee: $45 for one. $79 for two.
